We use an on-boarding process through an online portal called WorkBright. Once we receive your signed work agreement, an account is created. After February 1st, you will be notified by email to log in to the system and begin the hiring process. Please follow the instructions carefully. A missed or incomplete form could result in your start date being delayed. All employment paperwork is due as soon as possible, no later than April 30. If your paperwork is not submitted in a timely manner, you risk being replaced. Do not submit your medical form with the rest of the packet. You must bring the BSA medical to the first staff training weekend (the date for this event is on the calendar in the paperwork packet).
