Camp Acahela

The Washington Crossing Council has partnered with the Northeastern Pennsylvania Council to provide an excellent resident camp program for Cub Scouts!

Camp Acahela in Blakeslee, PA sits on a peninsula formed by the joining of two world-class fishing rivers, the Lehigh River and the Tobyhanna Creek. Acahela boasts 242 acres of variety from heavily wooded ridges and cliffs, to wide open parade fields, to shady groves of ancient fir trees that provide a wide variety of camping opportunities year-round for every type of Scouting unit and a dynamite Cub Scout Resident camping program during the summer months. In the winter we are just minutes from Jack Frost, Big Boulder, Split Rock and all the other Poconos famous ski resorts.

Musser Scout Reservation

The Washington Crossing Council has partnered with the Cradle of Liberty Council to provide an excellent resident camp program for Cub Scouts!

Camp Hart offers four weeks of resident overnight camping and day program on a 1400 acre Scout Reservation. The Scouts will get to enjoy camp and work on advancement in some of our 11 program stations! If you can’t go with your pack or den you are welcome to attend with your parents or a small group. Our camp staff is excited to bring you a great advancement program, as well as aquatics, archery, hiking, STEM, BMX bikes, Bouldering Wall, and BB guns activities with themed fun all around! Scouts will be taught by our fully-trained staff that is ready for fun and adventure! We will wear our costumes to the campfires, and also the fun evening program!
